The goal of the project AUDI Match was a development and continuous improvement of the AUDI’s central Marketing Management System based on the Sugar CRM platform.
This software testing project was executed on a nearshoring basis.
A local German speaking testing team in Bratislava was responsible for test planning and test execution of the System Integration Testing as well as for the follow-up support during the User Acceptance Testing.
The testing team was backed up by a local test manager who focused on planning and managing the test phases and served as a bridge between Bratislava and AUDI headquarters in Ingolstadt, Germany.
The system is currently being used by more than 1300 AUDI Dealers across Germany, internal marketing department of AUDI AG and the call center agents of the AUDI Partner Center.
